Managed Service Provider Increases Efficiencies By 60 Percent Using Nimsoft

Flexible IT monitoring solution has achieved ROI multiple times for InCompass IT

Redwood City, California - March 5, 2008 – Nimsoft, Inc., the “Big 4” alternative for IT performance and availability monitoring solutions, today announced that NimBUS has achieved a return on investment multiple times for InCompass IT, an application and managed service provider headquartered in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The NimBUS solution’s business-centric data analysis and graphical interface has helped InCompass IT improve its IT problem resolution by 60 percent, which has helped boost customer satisfaction.

In addition, the NimBUS solution has proven its unmatched flexibility and reliability played a key role in the development of a new wholesale partnering business, which InCompass IT projects will grow 30 percent by the end the year. NimBUS, a proven managed service provider (MSP) platform, delivers high margins for MSPs with innovative and easy-to-use technology.
