PeopleSoft

  • Monitoring of real users, real data and real PeopleSoft transactions complemented bysimulated or synthetic activity monitoring
  • Isolating problem components within the network, Web server, application server or database tiers
  • Identifying the root cause right down to the level in the J2EE tier
  • Reporting Peoplesoft host status such as CPU usage, memory used, hard page faults, Tuxedo connections, Tuxedo requests
  • Monitoring communications for data transfers including HTTP/XML, Jolt, LDAP and SQL
  • Databases; Oracle DBMS status, table status, performance, back-ups, data consistency
  • Peoplesoft scheduler; status such as total active processes, unused slots and blocked processes
  • File systems of desired application servers and host systems
  • Security audit log and security-relevant messages in the system log
